Work experience

Since 1991 professional experience in executive search as a consultant, including setting up and managing the “Healthcare” and “Public Sector” divisions at a leading executive search firm. Anja Schelte has been working for Delta Management Consultants since 2002.

Consulting focus

Anja Schelte has extensive experience filling executive positions for social service companies such as hospitals or other non-profit organizations. In addition, she has gained interdisciplinary expertise in her consulting work in all relevant fields of the public sector and associations and foundations. In addition, clients from the service sectors such as advertising, facility management, professional services, insurers and the two Christian churches with their entrepreneurial activities are among their long-standing clientele. Another vital area of work is the development and implementation of audit procedures.
