Maria Richter studied psychology at Technische Universität Berlin with focus on occupational, industrial and organizational psychology.
Maria Richter has been working as a consultant in various consulting companies for over 25 years. She has experience as an HR assistant in in the field of management development in major international companies. Her responsibility includes the areas of diagnostic activities and potential assessment of executives.
In recent years, Maria Richter has successfully managed numerous consulting assignments in the pharmaceutical industry, health care industry, IT sector and telecommunications, consumer goods and retail industry, banking and public sector and large-scale industry. Today her focus is on the support of diagnostic personnel development measures, such as i.a. situational individual and group coaching.
